My laptop has suddenly stopped turning on properly. An alert for an update popped up earlier today and I clicked “later”. After a while I left my laptop and it went to sleep mode. The next time I looked, it had a blue screen with “choose keyboard layout” options and following clicking United Kingdom, it then gave two options - “troubleshoot and advanced options” or “turn off pc”. I have gone through each of the 6 options within the troubleshoot and it can’t seem to resolve the issue. I believe the laptop may have updated while I left it alone and it now won’t start properly. Any advice?
