Hp Omen 15 en1005nt
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Acpi.sys and Nvidia has spikes such as 1.4 ms . How can i fix this?

dxgkrnl.sys, wdf01000.sys, ntoskrnl.sys has big latency issues too such as 0.7 ms

I tried so many things i had been told but couldn't fix it anyway.

I have hp omen 15 en1005nt (5800h-3060 100w-16gb ram)

I did update bios, i did DDU. I have no new updates.

It is a brand new device HP.  This is dissapointing.

I believe he said he updated the BIOS.  I have the same problem. It's possibly related to my wifi drivers. It is a driver issue as far as I can tell. I've updated all drivers.  I tried rolling back drivers in Device Manager. I rolled back the operating system back 4 months from today(with acronis full boot restore). So it isnt a recent driver. All diagnostics report no errors

My Laptop is HP Laptop PC 17-by4000

Hi@ErdemBey,

`We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to be checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team

I did contact. They told me to send my pc for at least 20 work days. I can't do without my pc for 20 work days. I am a collage student and i have classes to attend to. I am a bit dissapointed to have this issues on a brand new laptop. If i can find some time, i will send it. Thanks for the support anyway. Have a nice day.
