Pavilion 17-g155ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Pavilion 17 don't start the OS WIN10 (it's not a WIN issue), I assume that there is an issue with BIOS and I want to do a restoration of BIOS, unfortunately the standard process doesn't fit so I want to the restoration via USB flash drive, however, I don't find the SW on HP sites. Thanks

If you're having the same issue as the person in the discussion at the link below:

 

Solved: have acpi bios error - HP Support Community - 9426518

 

Before you try and update the BIOS, see if going into the BIOS setup utility and change the TPM setting to hidden/disabled resolves the problem.

 

That may fix the automatic repair loop problem.
