@PL222, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP X360 laptop keeps!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your HP X360 laptop. Since you've already tried multiple methods and had it checked for repairs without success, here are a few suggestions that might help:

Hard Reset:

  • Disconnect all external devices from your laptop.
  • Remove the power cord and, if possible, the battery.
  • Hold the power button down for about 15-20 seconds to discharge residual voltage.
  • Reconnect the battery and the power cord, then try turning it on again.

Check Power Supply and Battery:

  • Ensure that your power adapter is functioning properly. If you have access to another compatible adapter, try using it to see if it resolves the issue.
  • Check if the battery is securely connected and not damaged.

Inspect for Overheating:

  • Make sure the vents are clear of dust and debris. Overheating can often cause a laptop to shut down unexpectedly.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
