Product: HP Stream Laptop 11-y010wm

I bought this laptop November of 2017, used it for school and haven’t touched it since January. I’m starting school again and for some reason the password I’m trying to use is supposedly wrong. I just need to reset the password so I can log in.

If you don't have any important files on it you might just do a System Recovery to start over with a fresh install:
