So, i purchased an hp stream 14 laptop in 2019 and ran perfectly up until about a year ago? It randomly locked me out of my laptop. At the time i still remembered what my login passcode was, but would tell me it's incorrect even though its always been the same passcode.  I have tried to recover the email, but its so old and dont know the passcode to it and verification methods are not able to be used.  I have tried many times to reset the device and just delete everything from it bc i cant sign in, but a message pops up after a few seconds stating "additional free space is needed on the drive where windows is installed.  Free up some space and try again." I tried many times now and honestly a little frustrating bc i want to use my laptop again but can't get it to login or factory data reset it without signing into the locked outlook account linked to proceed. Anything i have tried requires me to sign into the account I've already tried to gain access to.  Is there another way to get into my laptop or even reset it without signing into the laptop?

You would have saved a lot of trouble had you checked here first -- as I would have told you that Stream laptops can NOT do resets because their "drives" are way too small to hold the files needed -- even if you go to the trouble to remove everything from the drive except Windows.
