Hi Everyone,

I am having trouble with my HP desktop. Monitor screen suddenly crashing and I am unable to operate it(as attached photo). Not even can save the files which were already opened. After restart its working fine but within few minutes happening the same again. I tried to change the monitor but found no issue with the monitor as its happing the same with each monitor which I am connecting. This desktop bought new couple of months ago. If Any one can help, will be much appreciated.

Thanks,PHOTO-2020-02-15-13-01-26 (002).jpg

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

This sounds like software related issue with the computer lets perform basic troubleshooting steps in order to isolate the issue.

Before troubleshooting startup issues, remove or disconnect all discs and devices from the computer.

  • Step 1: Remove discs and devices
  • Step 2: Perform a hard reset
  • Step 3: Run hardware diagnostic tests
  • Step 4: Refresh or reset your PC. Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04718479 to complete the troubleshooting steps. By end of the article, you will be able to fix the issue. ( the document title might say Computer Does Not Start (Windows 10, 😎 however, follow the troubleshooting steps it also meant for software related issue )

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
