I understand the touchscreen on your HP Spectre Folio 13 isn't working, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:

 

  • Restart Your Device: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix touchscreen issues by refreshing the system.
  • Update Drivers: Ensure that all the drivers for your device are up to date. You can do this by going to the HP website, finding your specific model, and downloading any available driver updates, especially those related to the touchscreen or display.   • Calibrate Touchscreen: Your touchscreen might need calibration. Go to your device settings and look for the touchscreen settings. There should be an option to calibrate the touchscreen.
  • Check for Hardware Issues: Sometimes, touchscreen issues can be caused by hardware problems such as loose connections or damage to the screen.
