Product: HP Pavilion Plus 14 inch Laptop PC 14-ey0000 (7X856AV)
My laptop is suddenly blue screening while in use, so I googled it and tried to find the cause of the blue screen using event viewer to fix it, but it's still blue screening while in use.
This has been happening since I bought it. I'm not feeling too good about it since I bought it less than 2 weeks ago.
I did all the tests in the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows App, I did a BIOS update, everything passed. Also I did all windows updated too.
Can you help me with this please? How do I fix this? or should I return it?
