I turned on my computer and got the HP PC HARDWARE diagnostics UEFI
FAILURE ID: 9FPRAC-8M29HW-MFPURG-403E03

RAM module has failed. You need to replace memory module with a new one is exact same configuration as given in manual, like this:

https://www.amazon.com/HP-2400MHz-PC4-2400-SoDimm-862397-855/dp/B078X1J7NY
Since you're well within extended warranty, please contact HP directly in your region with the failure ID. They'll replace it free of cost.

Did you contact HP and open up a ticket for failure ID that was received previously?
How many memory modules were originally present in the slots? Did you check if the failed module is the one that was replaced?
