 The hard drive test passed, but the memory test failed. Not sure what to do.

hello,

 

in this case, you should open your notebook and replace the affected RAM ( Memory Module 2 Bottom - Slot 2 right ) with a new one.

 

Sometimes this error occurs when the RAM memory was not inserted correctly. Inserting it correctly again and repeating the test would then be necessary.
