Al momento de encender mi equipo, no inicia simplemente se queda en loading.. 

Ya se realizo el diagnóstico de prueba pero no me arroja algún error en los registros. 

Pero aun así no inicia mi equipo  y arroja el error de inicio que dice:  "La computadora se reinició inesperadamente o encontró un error inesperado, la instalación de Windows no puede continuar. Para instalar Windows, haga clic en "Aceptar" para reiniciar la computadora y luego reinicie la instalación."  

 

Ya le di la opción de aceptar pero aun continua igual.

De antemano solicito su apoyo para darle solución a mi equipo

What is the full model number pr product number of your notebook?
