Good afternoon.

I'm updating BIOS following the procedure in this link:

I'm using the UEFI method because the laptops have Linux installed . I just make an USB to update BIOS using HPQ Flash utility version 5.1.17.1 and 68SCF.CAB provided by SP85528, obtained from this HP official link:

Boot the laptop, with the USB created in and the following error message is generated:

Bios Verify Signature Not Succeed (Not Found)

The main error is "Failed Reading BIOS Signature File Hewlett-Packard\BIOS\New\68SCF.s12"- The file is not provided with the BIOS update pack in the 68SCF.CAB file.

 

Please, I need to know the way to generate that file or the link to download it. Some one could help me please?
