Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I brought the HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 laptop at the beginning of this month brand new from HP. Ever since I've had this, i have had issues with the mousepad being unresponsive and freezing all the time. I have contacted Microsoft windows and they ran some software test and updates, but was unable to resolve the issue as it must be the hardware. I also find the battery seems to drain really quickly after it being advertised as a 8 hour battery life. Disappointing with the quality for the money.
