Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Greetings, I have the following question: on an HP Compaq Pressario CQ57 laptop with an AMD processor, the following behavior occurs: when the power adapter is connected, the power and charging indicator and the black screen are immediately and constantly on, the cooler or hard drive is not audible, what can you advise me in this case?
