Sehr geehrtes HP Team

Ich wollte meinen kleinen Mini Laptop wieder einmal brauchen und siehe da wenn ich ihn anstellen will,

kommt password requested : keine Ahnung was das für ein Passwort ist. Ich komme einfach nicht rein.

Könnten Sie mir bitte dieses Passwort angeben.

Vielen DAnk für Ihre nette und prompte Antwort.

Habe versucht über den online chat zu schreiben, aber komme nicht mehr rein vor Jahren ging dies noch.

Ok I write in English no problem. So my problem is the following.

I am using a HP Compaq Mini 110 - but as soon as i turn it on it says on the desktop that it need a password :

but i dont have one . So please can you give me the one i can try to set it.

When asked for the password just hit enter 3 Times.

Post any code you receive.

I tried to hit enter 3 times - but it does not work.

IT say enter current password: i hit enter than .... it came an X

So there is how it is after this proceeding

When asked for the password enter   e9lo7xxddg

3rd letter lowercase L.

4th letter lowercase O.

Use that code to go into the BIOS.

Disable all passwords that are enabled.

If asked for the CURRENT password use that code.

If asked for NEW password just hit enter.

If asked to VERIFY password just hit enter.

Save and exit.

4. Kleinbuchstaben O.

 

Verwenden Sie diesen Code in das BIOS zu gelangen.

Deaktivieren Sie alle Passwörter, die aktiviert sind.

Wenn für das aktuelle Passwort gefragt diesen Code verwenden.

Wenn für neuen Passwort gefragt drücken Sie einfach ein.

Wenn gefragt Passwort zu bestätigen, drücken Sie einfach ein.

Speichern und schließen.

Dear REO

Thanks for your kind advice. I got it. 

This night I already saw through a youtube video which explainned to try to get the code in wirting

the serialnumber of my laptop - which i did and i received exactly the same code you gave me.

I want to advice this tutorial in order to help somebody's future issue. There is the tutorial with

the link to a programm which allows the user to convert the serialnumber of the pc to the code

needed in order to enter via bios through enter correct password.
