HP Recommended

When I use my Compaq nc6400, it doesn't let me use wifi (says there's something wrong with the Proxy Server) and when i plug any USB into it, it wont work (wont show a USB plugged into it, and let me transfer files onto a data disc or USB) and the only thing that works is the DVD player, and i can charge it, so for now, it's a portable DVD player.
