My HP Pavilion laptop starts to restart every time when I open it please anyone can help it I had even done factory data reset but still the problem stays please reply me as soon as possible

If the Recovery process failed, please run a System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality

 

- Shut down the Computer completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.
 

If all the Test pass, you will need to reinstall Windows using the HP Recovery Media

No I had already tried it but didn't work and I think that My Backup files I having some problem because from the moment I had done that process of yours the system doesn't even let me open any apps even the the internet is unavailable now what to do

I would suggest you could try to use HP Cloud Recovery Tool which allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive.

If this option does not work then you can follow this link: HP PCs - Obtaining PC Recovery USB Drives or Discs or else you may contact our HP Support Team to help you order a set of recovery media for your PC.
