Hi @Josh89,
I'd like to help!
May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Keep me posted.

Hi,
I'm also having this issue. I have run all the steps mentioned in previous posts in this thread, but am still seeing the driver update. My machine is a Spectre x360 model 13-4193nr running Windows 10 Pro, Version 20H2, OS Build 19042.630, WIndows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0
Please advise. I am a student and the test software for my institution will not run properly as long as this driver update is listed.

Hi A_Beck
Can you try the workaround that we are doing for our agents, cause same as your test software, our Secure Remote Desktop will not allow the agents to open the software without getting that keyboard update off the list. Plus, you may need an external keyboard on this one since we will remove the keyboard driver and the built-in keyboard of the laptop may not work (but it does work for me)
Go to Device Manager > Keyboard > Uninstall Standard PS/2 Keyboards > DON'T RESTART (very important!) > Then try to run your test software.
You can also try to download the wushowhide troubleshooter found in Microsoft page BUT this will only hides the update on the Windows Updates, cause again the driver wont install for some reason and HP is not doing anything to get this rectified.
