Start to show the blue ring and hang for one or two minutes. While hanging, I notice the HD led is off. I did hardware test from the Bios, but no problem found. I did a recent update but nothing. The problem started from day 1 purchasing but the Store refused to replace! (in Lebanon). They did a test but said nothing unusual. Now, it is freezing too much. Can you help?
thx

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is freezing.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp106001-106500/sp106009.exe
Graphics: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp85001-85500/sp85045.exe
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

I really thank you very much for your support and advice. I was skeptical about updating the BIOS since many are warning from loosing my data. I backup the harddrive and give it a trial. I updated the BIOS only and it looks that the problem disappeared till now!! Thanks so much.
What about updating the Nvidia driver, I am still downloading right now?
