Microsoft Windows 11

Well,

When I bought my hp prime some months ago I tested it , and it worked pretty well. But now, when I was about to turn it on it starts to show some strange things: (it was showing low battery, even though i did not thouched it for months; the "on and off" button was not working)

I charged it for like 1 hour and went to a test, everything was doing right until I tried to shut it off, it just did not shut off. So I pressed the Reset button and it went like i planed. Buuuuuut, now it does not turn on 🙂

I checked the bettery with a voltimeter and it was showing +/- 6,1V,  even though the battery was 3,7 volts only. (I read some forum on the internet to check the battery infos, and it didn't mach at all)

I powered with the usb cabel but it also did not work

what shoud I do???  i'm afraid that i burned my calculator

Sorry, but we have no way to troubleshoot or diagnose issues with calculators -- and I suspect no one else does, as these (even the best ones) cost so little, no one bothers to even try to repair them.
