Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • What happens when you start the computer? Are you getting a blank screen or HP logo?
  • After the repair are you able to use the computer prior to the issue?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

No I didn’t  try any troubleshooter .As my lap doesn’t even start. It just shows black screen there is no display at all, and just the side white light gets blinked for few seconds . After the service I was not able to use it due to this problem.

Thank you for posting back.

This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer as it's not powering on.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
