My Laptop keeps turning off every 30 mins.

My laptop keeps shutting down every 30mins even its plugged in or not. I already did the power options thingy but still doesn't work. I checked also the event viewer(system) but there's no critical that says force to restart. Any suggestion to fix this? Please

(4) Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds
