To me it looks like the drivers to the USB-ports have dissapered!!??

How can I do to restore that?

Hi:

 

Download and install the AMD chipset drivers and restart the PC.

 

You want the 1st file listed on the webpage...

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

 

The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.

 

I can't post the link to the USB drivers you need without knowing that info.

Sure, but I will need some additional info.

 

What model wifi card does your notebook have?

 

If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the network adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

 

For the unknown device, please post the hardware ID for it.

I take it you found the drivers for the unknown device and bluetooth?

No, unfortunatly not. I now know how to get the ID´s

( Blue tooth controller is PCI\VEN_1814&DEV_3298&SUBSYS_18EC103C&REV_00 

Unknown Device is: ACOI\HPQ6007)

But could you please direct me to were I can find these drivers? Please
