Hi:

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.

I can't post the link to the USB drivers you need without knowing that info.

Hi:

Download and install the AMD chipset drivers and restart the PC.

You want the 1st file listed on the webpage...

Sure, but I will need some additional info.

What model wifi card does your notebook have?

If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the network adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

For the unknown device, please post the hardware ID for it.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID...

Hi:

You need these drivers...

Bluetooth:

This package contains the driver installation package for the MediaTek/Ralink Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp70501-71000/sp70570.exe

6007:

Receives notifications from the integrated accelerometer and automatically parks the hard drive to reduce the risk of damage if the PC is accidentally dropped.
