Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey. Whenever I try to connect my pc to printer, the pc gets hanged. Now it is stucked such that the distorted colored pixels starts spreading all over the screen. CTRL+ALT+DEL doesn't work. Unless I take out the printers cable and press ON/OFF button for 5 seconds at least nothing works. Then I have to restart everything. My printer is also HP . I am also attaching the snaps to make it more clear.

Can anyone tell me the solution to this. This is really tiring repeating the same thing everyday. Windows is updated and so are the drivers.
TIA
