HP Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've been round the site for about twenty minutes and can't find a number to call or an address for a shop to take my laptop back to. Has anyone else had their laptop fail and had to take it back, and if so where do you go?

Thanks,

Matt

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Here is information on HP Certified Service Centers:  http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00372730?jumpid=reg_r1002_usen_c-001_title_r0004

Hi WAWood,

Thank you for your response. That does however appear to be the exact circle I was in before. It isn't a location I can take my laptop to or a number to call.

So the only way to get help is to go through an online server and then someone comes out to me? This doesn't seem like it will be quick.

My understanding is that you take or send your laptop to a Service Center; they do not send someone out to you to fix it.

You might do better contacting HP Customer Support to see what they can do:

If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1

If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!

If you have trouble finding a phone number, then try: 1 (800) 474-6836

Good Luck
