Hello my computer is showing me failure I.D. MAL4GK-97EA3P-XD7W2J-60QJ03. It won’t properly start up and the screen is black when I turn my computer on. Please help

Hi

Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure

 

Make Back-Ups and Recovery Media Immediately.

 

Replace the Hard Drive and Re-Install your Back-Ups.

 

From 2016 onwards there is a possible recovery option via the cloud...
