My daughter's laptop, bought on 26.01.2023, shows that warranty expires on 24.02.2023.

It is a HP ENVY series laptop; the model no on the label of the laptop box shows "HP ENVY x360 convertible 13-ay1040AU", however the computer shows it (from 'My HP') as "HP ENVY x360 convertible 13-ay1000." So there is a disparity. The month and year of import of the product are NOV 2021. Does it indicate that it is an old product? The warranty expires almost within a month of buying it, but one year warranty is given by HP to customers. These issues need to be resolved.

HP ENVY x360 convertible 13-ay1000 is a series/fanily of machines from HP ENVY x360 convertible 13-ay1000aa to HP ENVY x360 convertible 13-ay1999zz and your daughter machine is HP ENVY x360 convertible 13-ay1040AU. HPSA shows it as 54B76PA#xxx

Confusion isn't it. New HP series grouping now will give customers more headache.
