My hp has the death screen after I uploaded a file in my drive. I already tried 3 methods and it all of them will either stop upgrading or say it not capable to do it. I go to early college and I really need help !!!

Hi,

Well, what methods did you try?

You could try performing a clean install of the OS. You will lose all your personal files.
