Help my laptop is doing this and idk what to do

Hi:

 

Run the F2 diagnostics test on the hard drive and see what it reports.

 

The notebook is trying to find a device to boot from which is why it went to the ethernet adapter to see if it could boot from a network.

 

Sounds to me like the hard drive has failed, needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.
