@Anushka2009, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm here to help you with the recovery issue you're facing on your HP Laptop 15s-eq2xxx.

Blue Screen with Recovery Loop

This usually happens due to corrupted system files, failed updates, or disk errors. Let’s try to get your system back up and running.

Step-by-Step Recovery Guide

Step 1: Perform Automatic Repair

  1. Turn off the laptop completely.
  2. Press the power button and immediately start pressing the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup Menu appears.
  3. Press F11 to enter System Recovery.
  4. Choose Advanced Options > Startup Repair.
  5. Let Windows attempt to fix the issue automatically.

Step 2: Use System Restore (if Startup Repair fails)

  1. Go to Advanced Options > System Restore.
  2. Select a restore point before the issue started.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 3: Run Command Prompt for Manual Repair

  1. From Advanced Options, open Command Prompt.
  2. Type the following commands one by one and press Enter after each:
    chkdsk /f /r C:
    sfc /scannow
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  3. These commands check and repair disk and system file issues.

Step 4: Reset the PC (if nothing works)

  1. Go to Advanced Options > Reset this PC.
  2. Choose Keep my files (recommended) or Remove everything.
  3. Follow the prompts to reinstall Windows.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
