Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product Name: HP Notebook 14-bs580TU.

Please help me. I've purchased this last year and the problem just started to occur this year when I update it.

If it's just switching off randomly, then it could be heat related (heatsink fins blocked with dust) If that's the case, it'll need to be cleaned.

Or it could be a problem with the mainboard. Which will probably require a replacement.
