Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After updating to the latest BIOS, and updating Windows 10 to version 2004 (Build 19041.329), the laptop doesn't sleep anymore when I close the lid, it even crashes completely and I have to force shutdown to make it work again!

 

I can't be sure if it's the BIOS or the Windows update, but I'm sure that it was working fine before those updates.

Another update, disabling the "Virtual Machine" from Windows Features is not fixing the problem!

The laptop was connected to an external Monitor, and it can wake up normally from sleep only on the external display, but the laptop Display remained Black.
