Hello guys, looking for help please!

My laptop Pavilion Gaming 15 freeze sometimes when i am playing any game, it began when i tried to play RE7, since then this problem began to shows more offen, by now i just play lol, and sometimes when i get out it freeze and i am unable to do anything, the only way to continue using the pc is restarting.

As is a complete freeze of the pc, there are no blue screen or any record so is harder to know what is happening.

 

i have been looking for information or help in web but i didnt found anything... please help!
