My laptop is frozen and showing me a black screen

My pc first got frozen while I was using it,it’s been a couple months but it’s showing a black screen titled HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEF I. The options are memory test,hard drive check,language and exit.I did both the tests a couple of times but no luck,I really need this to work please help. In the main menu it says boot device not found

You said you did both the memory and hard drive tests -- but then you said "no luck".. What does that mean?
