@Aaradhybajpai1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your HP laptop. It sounds like your laptop was in a diagnostic loop and there was a notification warning about potential data loss. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:

Forced Restart: Try performing a forced restart by holding down the power button until the laptop turns off, then turn it back on.

Startup Repair: If your laptop prompts you with a menu offering "Startup Repair," try selecting that option to diagnose and fix startup issues.

System Restore: If you are able to access "Advanced Options," try using System Restore if a restore point is available. This can revert your PC to a previous state before the update.

Safe Mode: You might be able to access Safe Mode from the "Advanced Options" menu. In Safe Mode, you can run scans and try to uninstall recent updates if they are causing the issue.

BIOS/UEFI Diagnostics: Many HP laptops have built-in diagnostics accessible from BIOS/UEFI. Restart the laptop and immediately press the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup Menu appears. Then press F2 for System Diagnostics.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
