HP Recommended
Product: HP Pavilion

Upon shutting down my laptop, a prompt came ip on the screen. It said that an hp update was waiting. It was going to updste as automatically. The Bios update failed. Now my computer is stuck in a loop that I cannot get out of. I can only shut off the laptop. But when I power up, the problem just picks up where it left off, continually trying to update. What can I do???
