Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP 15 Notebook PC, and when I turn on my device, I am greeted with a 'Hard Disk 1 (3F1)' error. I ran the memory tests and the hard drive check through the SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS (UEFI), and all tests passed without any issues detected. Then, I obtained a media creation tool and placed it on a 64GB USB. It accepted the download, but when I tried to use it on my laptop to reinstall an OS system (Windows 10 32 Bit), I encountered the same message. Does anybody have any ideas?

I understand that you are having issues with the (3F1)' error.
