Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop wasn't charging from earlier till it wasn't even automatically turned off, it charged but only at 20-21 and then drops to 19, it turned off when it was 9 percent, and then now I can't either charge it or start my laptop. When I click the power button, the left side where the charging port is, just blinks. I DONT KNOW, PLEASE HELP ME.
