Please elaborate the issue you are facing?

 

Is the laptop not powering on? Or is it powering on but not booting to Windows?
Or the device is booting but getting stuck on any error screen?

Also, please share the model details of the laptop.

 

Once we have the details, we shall be able to assist you with the resolution.
