Hi @Dievo,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're stoked to have you on board!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share the model name of your device?

Meanwhile, you can try these steps.

Perform a Hard Reset

Turn off the laptop completely.

Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery (if removable).

Press and hold the power button for 15–20 seconds to drain residual power.

Reconnect power and try turning the laptop on.

Boot into Safe Mode

Turn on the laptop and repeatedly press F8 or Shift + F8 (depending on your model) to enter Advanced Boot Options.

Select Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking.

If it boots successfully, this indicates a software or driver issue.

Run Startup Repair from Windows Recovery Media

Create a Windows 10/11 USB recovery drive from another computer.

Boot from the USB drive and select Repair your computer → Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Startup Repair.

Check Disk Health

In the recovery environment, open Command Prompt and run:

chkdsk C: /f /r

This will check for disk errors that could prevent Windows from booting.

Run System File Check

In Command Prompt, run:

sfc /scannow

This will repair corrupted system files.

Restore or Reset Windows

If startup repair fails, use System Restore to revert to an earlier working point.

If that is unavailable, consider Reset this PC (choose to keep your files if possible).

Check for Hardware Issues

If the blank screen persists, it may indicate a failed hard drive, RAM, or display issue.

Remove and reseat RAM modules and reconnect the hard drive to ensure proper connection.

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀

Best regards,
