My laptop suddenly turned off and wont turn on

Help im desperate and i'v tried everything. Heres the story : I was holding my laptop upside down (Im not sure why but thats not the point) then it suddenly turned off, it turned on again but as I was typing in my password, it turned off. My charging light is on, aswell as the indicator that lights up when your laptop is on but the screen is plain black, I decided to hook my laptop up to a monitor but still nothing. This laptop is important to me as it has my childhood photos and i dont have the money to fix it, im so desperate im typing this on my xbox as i have no other devices. Im not sure what model this is but on the back it says "model 14-bw021AU", I also tried the thing where you take out the battery and hold the power button for 30 seconds but still nothing. Please help me, even my parents don't know about this because I know that if they knew I broke my laptop, i'd be in deep trouble.

It's not showing any power and not starting as well, i tried all steps by removing bettry and starting again but it's only showing the white led at power plug nothing happens.

This is a Hardware issue. Please contact HP Support in your Region for service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
