9P521Ua#a3a  My laptop was hacked.  I tried to erase computer to original form.  Then it told me to "Activate Windows go to settings to activate windows.  I have tried and it does not activate windows.

Download and install the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store.

 

ShowKeyPlus - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store

 

Run the app, and it should show a Windows Installed product key and an OEM product key.

 

If the installed key is different from the OEM key, change the installed key to the OEM key in the PC settings and you should be able to activate Windows that way.
