I just bought my laptop and it doesn't have a system, what can i do? I don't know how to open it and what ti write

Assuming you don't have Windows 10 installed, from some other PC download USB tool, create a USB stick:

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

 

Then plug the USB in your blank PC and install it.
