Hi,

First, try completly updating the notebook and see if it helps. You can follow this guide:

The Processor is not upgradable as it is integrated on the motherboard.

You could also upgrade the notebook which would really improve the performance such as adding some RAM. At the moment you have 4GB, The max is 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz (2x16GB), but an extra 4GB would really help.

You could also add an SSD which would be a great boost to everyday performance.
