I can’t connect to my personal internet due to windows license will expire soon.

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it came with FreeDOS.

 

HP Laptop - 14-cf3059nia Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

 

That means you have to supply your own Windows operating system and have a license with a product key.

 

No one here will be able to help you with your situation.

 

You will need to buy W10 and a license/product key.
