SINCE MORNING 9.30 AM I M TRYING TO CALL HP SUPPORT ON TOLL FREE NO BUT NOBODY IS PICKED UP TILL 1.30
AFTER THAT I GOT SOME EXECUTIVE BUT NO HELP
AND STILL I M TRYING AFTER 3.30 NOBODY PICKUP CALL
REALLY ONE OF HTE WORST SUPPORT SYSTEM I HV SEEN IN MY LIFE
ONE OF THE GREATEST MISTAKE I HV DONE IS THAT I HV PURCHASE HP LAPTOP AND NOW I M STRUGGGLING TO GET THE HELP BUT THEY ARE NOT HELPING

THEY ARE NOT BOTHER TO PICKUP PHONE CALL
AND IF THEY PICKUP AS THEY ARE 1000 OF QUESTION AND AFTER WASTING ALL MOST 10/12 MIN THEY PUT DOWN THE PHONE
REALLY I JUST BROUGHT i5 LAPTOP 5 MONTHS BACK AND NOW IT IS NOT WORKING AND FINALLY WHEN I M ABL TO TALK TO THEM THEY SAID THAT MY WARRANTY IS OVER
I SAID I HV PURCHASE IN MONTH OF APRIL 2019 SO WARRANTY SHLD BE ONE YEAR
THEY SAID THAT IS NOT OUR LOOKOUT U TALK TO SHOP WHERE U HV BUY
THIS IS WHAT THEY ARE ANSWERING SO I GUESS SHOP KEEPER HAS MADE ME FOOOOL

today is 9 th day still i m struggling to get the help from hp support team for my laptop which i hv brought 4 months back which is under warranty but nobody is bother or rather concern for replac ement or even for reply
i know i hv done biggest mitake by buying HP product and now i m suffering
i will wait 2/3 days more edited.
