Can anyone help me to get receovery media for 

HP Pavilion x360 - 13-u131tu.

Hello @salabh 

 

HP does not sell recovery media for your PC model but there are 2 ways you can create your own recovery media to restore your PC to factory default condition or simply reinstall the operating system.

Basically, if you want factory reset - you need the HP Cloud recovery. If you need simply Windows reinstallation, choose the Microsoft method.
