I want support to install windows 7 into my laptop. My laptop hard disk is new one. Old one has problem. So hp engineer replaced it.

Hi,
Did you buy new retail Windows 7 activation key from Microsoft? You can download Windows 7 ISO and make bootable USB using this:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool
See this:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows7
Clean install instructions: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html
Disable secure boot and Enable legacy from BIOS, to boot from installation USB media:

Plug in USB in USB 2 port to boot from it.
Download additional drivers from here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-15-Notebook-PC-series/6875200/model/7132770

By the way , my laptop has windows 8.1 , which I updated to windows 10 previously. Now new hard disk. I am installing windows 7 for my work and after some days , I will get recovery which I ordered from hp. So, should I follow the steps in the link provided?
